''PulsationS'' Four seasons outdoor and lesisure group brings together people, adult from 25 to 50 years old, eager to blend activities, leisure and pleasure, in a relaxed way, with each one going at their own pace, and make it happen.

Our meeting points in the suburban area West and North side.

Our exploration throught : Cross country skiing, cycling, hiking (mountain), kayaking, snowshoeing (mountain).

Our escapades in the: Laurentiens, Estern Township, Adirondacks.

In a relaxing atmosphere where there is something in it for everybody.

The  ''PulsationS'' group always favours a way of doing things that brings about a reasonable cost by using, for example, car pooling and also by using voluntary help for organizing activities and support. Car pooling is simple, fast, more ecological and economical.
